01 Critical Cancellation Rules
Administrative Penalty
All cancellations, regardless of the timeframe or reason, are subject to a standard administrative penalty fee of RM 100.
The 48-Hour Rule
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled moving date/time are strictly non-refundable and strictly prohibited. Our teams and resources are pre-allocated for your booking.
02 Refund Process
If your cancellation is eligible for a refund (made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time), the refund amount will be your total payment minus the RM 100 administrative penalty.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking.
- Processing time typically takes between 7 to 14 working days.
- Zazira Movers is not responsible for any additional bank charges or exchange rate fluctuations during the refund process.
03 How to Cancel
To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp (+6018 989 4873) or email (zazira.my@gmail.com) with your Booking Reference Number.
